Lead Investor
We will validate your lead investor, which is essential to launch a round at Capital Cell.
Committee decision
Our investment committee meets to review the response from the BioExpert Network, the suitability of the Lead Investor, and the internal report from our analysts, and decides if Capital Cell can work on your round.

Due diligence and campaign preparation
We will send your company's information to external professionals to complete the analysis and due diligence: Regulatory, IP, Market Access, legal and financial. In the meantime, we will help you prepare the campaign.

Pre-Campaign
Share the campaign with your contacts and our investor base in a private campaign. We will assess investor interest and help you launch publicly only when we see there's genuine interest.

Public campaign
We publish the campaign on our website and promote it. Through our platform, investors will be able to sign the contract and transfer the funds.
4-8 weeks
Campaign closing
When you reach 100% or more of your goal, the campaign can be closed. Administrative tasks are completed and funds are transferred to your company.
